Terms and Conditions
- All the prices listed on Electronee.com, unless otherwise specified, include VAT. Prices including VAT are also displayed on the Checkout page and in the invoices that will be emailed to the customer once the order has been confirmed.
- Laptop repairing charges range from AED 75.00 – AED 150.00
- There are no diagnosis charges. In other words, when you send your device to us via cargo or come in person to get it diagnosed for issues, we will not charge you for the diagnosis.
- Cash has to paid on delivery when you have received your device after repairs.
- Free collection and delivery services are provided within the UAE. When you send your device via cargo, and if you decide to not to get your device repaired from us, you will have to pay a discounted price of AED 50 only to cover the courier services to and from your place.
- The maximum delivery and collection time within the UAE are 24 hrs. (one way).
- Our cargo services are available in all the major cities of the seven emirates of the UAE. Some remote area/towns where cargo services are not available shall be charged extra.
- Free Shipping is available on all purchases made on Electronee.com.
- Free Shipping is available in all cities of the United Arab Emirates, namely in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras-al-Khaimah and in Umm-al-Quwain. Free Shipping may not be available in small remote towns of the UAE.
- For device repair services, free pickup and delivery services are available. Once you have sent your device via cargo, and if you decide not to get it repaired from us, you will have to pay a fee of AED 50 to cover the cargo services.
- On any particular working day, orders placed on the WebShop after 4:00 PM will be processed and sent for delivery the next day.
- Typical transit time for delivery to any city in the United Arab Emirates is 24 hours. In other words, after your order has been processed, it will be delivered to you in less than a day.
Exchange, Return and Refunds Policy
At Electronee.com, we pursue customer satisfaction. If you made a purchase from our WebShop and are not satisfied with it, Electronee.com can accept a product for exchange or refund subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Any product purchased on our WebShop can be accepted for return and exchange only within seven days from the date of delivery.
- Any product purchased on our WebShop can be accepted for return or exchange as long as the product and its packaging has not been damaged by the customer in any way. A technical evaluation of the product will have to be conducted before any claims for refunds are made. Such an evaluation may take up to 5 working days.
- Any product that is deemed to have been damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
- To exchange or refund a product, the original sales invoice must accompany the products that are eligible for an exchange or refund.
- If a product is dead or nonfunctional on arrival, Electronee.com must be notified immediately within an hour after the delivery of the product.
- Any SSD purchased on the WebShop cannot be accepted for return or exchange if it is out of its original packaging or if the SSD or its packaging has been damaged or tampered with by the customer. Before such items can be accepted for exchange or return, a technical evaluation will be carried out by our technicians to determine the cause of the damage.
- Batteries and Adapters sold on the WebShop can be accepted for exchange or return only if they are deemed nonfunctional on delivery and if they have not been damaged by the customer. Before such items can be accepted for exchange or return, a technical evaluation will be carried out by our technicians to determine the cause of the damage.
- Laptops and Mobile Phones sold on the WebShop will not be accepted for return or exchange if they are out of their original packaging, or if the product itself or its packaging has been damaged in any way or form by the customer.
- If a payment was made via credit card, debit card or via PayPal, the payment processing fee cannot be refunded.
- Refund claims made against credit/debit card purchases can only be transferred to the credit card that was used during purchase.
- In case of device repair services, device repair and service charge fees are non-refundable.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Exchange, Return and Refunds Policy
For all products sold on the WebShop with a Manufacturer’s warranty, please note that:
- The Warranty is provided exclusively by the manufacturer and/or its respective Authorized Distributors based in the United Arab Emirates, and is limited to just one year from the date of purchase, unless otherwise mentioned in the Warranty Card accompanying the product sold.
- It is the Manufacturer’s/Authorized Distributors’ responsibility to the provide warranty service.
- Products that have been physically damaged are not covered under warranty.
- Warranty on an eligible product is rendered void if the product has been opened or tampered by an unauthorized person/other service center.
- To claim warranty, the original sales invoice and the warranty card must be presented.
