- We then conduct a free 30 minute diagnosis to look for problems with your MacBook. Remember, there are NO DIAGNOSIS CHARGES at Electronee.com!
- After physical examination and checking, a job number is assigned to it.
- On the job slip, complete information about your device is provided including its physical condition, and its technical fault(s).
- This device, under the supervision of our technical team, then goes for a technical check up so as to obtain an estimate of the cost of repair. You will then be advised about this estimated cost, and after your approval, your device will be sent for repair. If you decline to accept our offer, we will return you device back to you.
